(Characters: Butch, Buddy, Spike enter altogether)

Butch:  Buddy, I notice that when I try to tell others about Jesus, it's hard to find the right words to use. Is that normal?

Buddy: It's always best to read the Bible everyday. People can usually talk about the things they know the most about.

Butch:  So if we read a lot of it, then we'll know more about what to tell people, right?

Spike:  It seems like whenever anyone says anything about Jesus, it's usually in a bad way, if you know what I mean.

Buddy: And that's very w-rong.

Spike:  If I try to say something about God , sometimes others are quick to make fun of me, or of God.

Buddy: That's because they don't understand how important it is to know and obey God. The bible says that there will be those kinds of people around.

Butch:  Then what are we suppose to do to share our faith, Buddy?

Buddy: Sometimes the best way to share is by what you do.

Spike:  What we do? Like what?

Buddy: The way Jesus told us to act is very different than the ways of the world. For example, if someone hits you on the right cheek, He says to turn and offer them your left cheek.

Spike:  But, but... I don't get it.

Buddy: Well, by doing that, it shows your friends that you are not going to act the same way they do, but to do what is holy.

Butch:  Ohhhh. That makes sense.

Buddy: Or if someone asks you to walk a mile, go two miles instead.

Butch:  So we should be willing to go further or to give more than the world expects us to.

Buddy: Exactly! This shows them that there is a deeper walk with God that you have within your very own character!

Spike:  Hey, I'm gonna have to try that!

Butch:  Yeah, me too.

Buddy: Once you make an impact on others like when we meet the needs of others, then they are more ready to listen to what you have to say.

Butch:  Well, with Gods help, I'm going to have to work on that part.

Spike:  Yeah, I should be reading the bible more than I do too. Thanks Buddy!

Buddy: You’re welcome guys, and remember those barrels too!

Both: We will, Buddy, we will!
